HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?
Simply choose your style on the product page then click the “Add To Cart” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order.

We’ll prepare your order and let you know when it’s on its way!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
Orders from our store typically ship after 3 to 5 business days and the total processing and delivery time would be 15-20 business days. For international orders, transit will take an additional 1 to 2 weeks.

How long will it take for me to get my items?
From the moment you place your order, there are two steps that commence:
Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and postal service process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
Shipping time: This refers to the time takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. This item is shipped directly from our suppliers and will take around 3-14 days to reach customers within the United States, 7-15 days to Europe & 20-25 days to the rest of world.
What happens if I order more than one item?
Some items will arrive together, while others may arrive separately.
Can I return my items?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The customer is also responsible for covering any shipping charges to return items.

MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING.
Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier’s system, which means you might not be able to get the tracking information in the first 24-48 hours. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact our support team.

I NEED HELP WITH A LATE ORDER.
Orders from our store typically ship after 3 to 5 business days and the total processing and delivery time would be 15-20 business days. For international orders, transit will take an additional 1 to 2 weeks.

If your order has not arrived after 15 business days (domestic) and 25 business days (international), please contact us for timely support.

When will my card be charged?

Just after your order has been successfully placed.

CAN I CANCEL/ADJUST MY ORDER?
We normally send your order information to the manufacturer at the end of the purchasing day and we could not make any adjustment or cancellation if the order has already dispatched. Depending on the order’s status at that time, we will inform you whether or not you are able to cancel/adjust your order.

Please be informed that a management, processing and transaction fee (10% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation.

Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology, which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.:
